Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS.

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Cash on Delivery is available on selected products and serviceable locations.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To verify your claim, you must provide:

• Your Order ID.
• A complete unboxing video recorded from the beginning without cuts or edits.
• Clear photos of the product and packaging.

After successful verification, eligible requests may be approved for a replacement or refund according to our policy.

To protect both customers and our business from fraudulent claims, an unboxing video and supporting evidence are required for claims related to damaged, incorrect, or missing products. If sufficient proof is not provided, we may be unable to verify the claim, and the refund or replacement request may be declined.

Yes. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways using industry-standard encryption.

After approval, refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days. The exact time depends on your payment provider or bank.
