1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may request to cancel an order only before it has been processed or shipped. Once the order is confirmed for shipment, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or are out for delivery. Customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy if they receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Repeated cancellation or refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future orders placed through our website.
4. Cancellation by Vistorex
Vistorex reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information
- Payment verification issues
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Any violation of our Terms & Conditions
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment and payment has already been received, the refund will generally be processed within 5–7 business days. The actual credit time depends on your payment provider or bank.
